"BURNING CARS" came from my vision and the desire to convey a powerful message through visual storytelling. I was inspired by the socio-political landscape and the symbolism associated with luxury cars, I chose to explore themes of rebellion and social frustration. The burning cars, in this context, became a big symbols not just of material destruction but it’s an acts of resistance, representing deep-seated frustration against economic and social inequalities in this world.
"BURNING CARS" it’s just an act of rebellion. For me, burning cars is a means of expression. Where I come from, it has become a way to manifest our disagreement with the shortcomings of political action. In France, urban violence has its roots in the gap between the promises of the Republic - equality, integration, work, brotherhood - and the daily reality of disenfranchised populations relegated to the outskirts of cities.
For them, it's simply property damage. For me, it's a cry for help.
My choice to use AI over photography for this project stems from my intention to push the boundaries of conventional artistic expression. AI becomes a powerful tool that amplifies my personal vision, allowing ideas without limit without having limite of creativity. The collaborative dialogue between human creativity and the precision of algorithms results in thought-provoking visual narratives.
Also, to show people that as a photographer, we don’t have to be scared of AI, it’s just a tools for creativity. It will never remplace human, and our emotion and soul with put in out art.
